At Kickoff Club, every item is carefully curated and produced in limited quantities. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Exchanges Only
At this time, Kickoff Club offers exchanges only and does not provide refunds to the original payment method. All exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and must be approved before any item is returned.
U.S. Orders
Eligible Exchanges & Conditions
U.S. orders may be eligible for exchange if the exchange request is submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and the item is returned unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage and must include original tags and packaging. Kickoff Club reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Exchange Process
All exchange requests must be submitted via email before returning any item. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and Kickoff Club does not provide prepaid return labels.
International Orders
Final Sale
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy is in place due to international shipping costs, customs processing, and limited-quantity inventory. Customers are responsible for ensuring sizing and order details are correct before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Kickoff Club within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Your message must include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at the discretion of Kickoff Club.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior approval will not be processed and will not be returned to the customer.
